Apostrophe in Search returns "%27"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. From https://www.librarything.com/home type "What's" in Search LibraryThing.
2. From Your Books on the lefthand column, click "Add Books."
3. Note the search bar displays "what%27s."
4. Select Amazon.com all media for Search where?
5. Notice "No results found for 'what%27s'."

Bug: apostrophes are showing as "%27" when put through the search bar and then going to Add Books.

Similarly:

1. From https://www.librarything.com/home type "and/or" in Search LibraryThing.
2. From Your Books on the lefthand column, click "Add Books."
3. Note the search bar displays "and%2For."
4. Select Amazon.com all media for Search where?
5. Notice low results found for "and%2For"
6. Replace with "and/or" and note high results found.

Bug: slashes (/) are showing up as "%2F" when put through searxh bar and then going to Add Books.

Fixed them all. Indeed. Fixed a few issues you didnt' mention :)
