I was hoping to get a lot more reading done today than I did, which is unsurprising since I literally got no sleep last night and kept dozing off today to compensate. I am hoping for a good night's sleep tonight because I have a lot more reading to get done before the end of Monday!!

Sunday report
Books read from: English Creek by Ivan Doig. Meet Me At The Bamboo Table: Everyday Meals Everywhere by A. V. Crofts. Who Watcheth by Helene Tursten. I am listening to Close to Death by Anthony Horowitz.
Books finished: Waiting for the Barbarians by Daniel Mendelsohn. Meet Me At the Bamboo Table: Everyday Meals Everywhere by A. V. Crofts
Book Thoughts: I really missed reporting in last weekend, but I didn't get a whole lot read so not much to report. I did finish several books during the week and that feels like an accomplishment.
Non-Book Activities: The town was a circus this last week so I skipped out yesterday and went to knit in Gadsden, AL. It is 125 miles from Tuscaloosa, so the traffic wasn't too bad after I got through Birmingham. Went I returned at 10:30 PM I was going the opposite way of all the traffic so I had no problems. However, today it is impossible to drive around town. I went for my usual Sunday lunch and I plan on staying home the rest of the day.
Reading Time Today: 3 hours
Time Reading this weekend: 5 hours
Time listening: 4
Time posting:
Food: my Sunday morning cappuccino from Starbucks. Usual Indian food for Sunday lunch. You would think that it wouldn't be a popular place for football people, but you would be wrong. The place was hopping. I am glad that I don't work at a coffee shop in this town today. All of them will be a rat race.
Total books finished since the Read-A-Thon Began: 460
Total Time Reading since the Social Distancing read-a-thon began: 1402 hours since I started doing the weekend Read-A-Thon starting in April of 2020.
