Having some "problemas" with Spanish sources

Hello, here are said problems:

BROKEN

- REBIUN - La Red de Bibliotecas Universitarias Españolas / University Libraries Network (Spanish University Union Catalogue) (Madrid, CM)
Language encoding for this source is wrong (for example, accented characters á, é, í, ó, ú). Here's an example for ISBN 8428509786:
SAYS: Sabidurâia del desierto : dichos de los Padres del Desierto by Yushi Nomura
SHOULD SAY: Sabiduría del desierto : dichos de los Padres del Desierto by Yushi Nomura

- Red de Bibliotecas de Castilla y Leon, JCL / Library Network of Castile and Leon (Valladolid, VA, CL)
Wholly broken, though it used to work. An example: Overcat took ISBN 8430112251 from this source, but it cannot be found there.

Red de Bibliotecas de Castilla y Leon, JCL by default is searching authors? Hmm. I'm not sure that is true. I just tested with "El evangelio en casa" and it brought back results. Ok. JCL does not like ISBNs. Words only.

I tried every Record Encoding option in the list for REBIUN, none correct the diacritics. I even saw something about ABSYSNet using UNIMARC. That switch didn't fix anything either.

I'm getting 3 results on /addbooks, but the text above the search results says "(2 results)" and I'm only seeing 2 results on the maintenance side. The 1st result on /addbooks (the one with bad encoding) is missing from the data source maintenance side of things. (Perhaps bad cached data?)

NB: I'm getting 3 results at https://catalogo.rebiun.org/OpacDiscovery/public/search/action for the same ISBN, but the 1984 edition (on LibraryThing's /addbooks and source maintenance side) seems to be missing and another 1985 edition seems to be in its place. Something's out of sync.

I'm not actually getting any results for that ISBN at z3950.jcyl.es, but I was able to find the record by title (INTENTA PAUSAS DEL ESPIRITU). Once I found that, it looks like the ISBN is 84-304-1225-5 in the actual catalog: I can find the record when searching the ISBN with dashes on our data source maintenance side of things, but not on our /addbooks page. Removing the dashes doesn't work on either side.

NB: we display the ISBN for the record without dashes on /addbooks - that might be a clue for us.

I'm not getting results on REBIUN at all anymore. 9681836626 gives 2 resultados at https://rebiun.baratz.es/OpacDiscovery/public/query/search/action?q=9681836626

but nothing here.

On the backend, I get:
