This isn't a proper GSS group without Blade!

A late and dull one -- pervy Lord L greases him up and sends him to basically WWII England but there's dragons. Written by Roland J. Green, who did the vast majority of them.
Dick seems to genuinely care for the babe (a leading boffin; I don't think she wore a bikini?) and she wants to return with him, but her brain explodes or melts during the process.
LT wouldn't let me upload the pic I took, but this image is in almost exactly the same condition.

The embarrassment of falling over backwards while trying to smite your foe.
Englor = England? Jeez.

I did not know! Green is familiar to me from his Conan pastiche work, of which I recently read (and reviewed) Conan and the Gods of the Mountain. I've never read the bladed Dick, although I have read plenty of P.K.
I think the cover here shows Dick overpowered by saurian halitosis.

>3 paradoxosalpha: He wrote all of 9-37 except one. Because he'd already written 4-5 that year. His first published work.
@bam2001: And IIRC, the world consisted only of Europe at that.
Not sure, read it in 2018.

Are we sure this wasn't by Eric Van Badlust— er, Lusterbate— er, Lustbader? I mean, the resemblance to the dude on the previous cover is striking.

But one supposes UAI grads (SF/F, DisHons.) have a similarity.
I picked those books up as discards at cons 5 years apart.
