Dont remember much except in very beginning girl finds dead man under tree. She wonders what had happened and thinks to herself that he must have had strings in his head (or threads) and that some of them must have broken.

She feeds her blood to earth and it comes to life. Corrupted witches killed all the other green witches in her coven. She is the favored child. Last book I read had the kingdom destroyed, but she had powers to moved stone and put it back together.

I read it some years back, it's about a young heiress from a very rich family that got kidnapped at the airport while traveling but somehow, she was able to escape from her kidnappers. She ran for miles in a very heavy rain and collapsed in front of a gate and lost consciousness. The owner of the house she collapsed in front of took care of her till she woke up some days later. She couldn't remember anything, including her own face and name after waking up. The person that saved her was probably a cowboy
