Found: Romance - Single dad of teenage boy meets lady baker

Name that book - I am looking for a romance book probably considered contemporary. The main male character is a single dad of a teenage boy. The main female character is I believe a baker at a family bakery and she almost hits the teenage boy while out on a delivery and the teenager rides his skateboard into the road. The dad and son have recently moved to the area. The dad is a millionaire/billionaire I think. I think the dad helped start a security company on the west coast that I think was called Enguard Security. I wish I could give more info. Any help is appreciated greatly! TIA
