Hi,
New to lending. Wanted to use the feature. It was not a default in view B. I added it to both A and B. saved, even logged out and back in. Although I can see the column I am unable to double-click the box to mark something as lent. I did watch the video on lending. But haven't figured out a reason for it to not work yet. Also, when looking at "Your Books" will lending be a tab, once a book is lent?
Thanks,
Teri

Which browser and operating system are you using?
Do you have a pop up blocker activated? (the Double Click brings up a light box that might be being blocked.)
Lending has a page on its own under the Author/Tag drop down for the Your Books view.

Sorry for the trouble. What >2 gilroy: said: it would be good to know your operating system and browser setup, and particularly if you have JavaScript enabled or any browser extensions installed such as a pop-up/ad blocker.

i have a lenovo thinkpad, windows 11 pro, using chrome. all antivirus and popup blockers have been turned off to try and get the lending function to work. If I double click in the lending box, the row, with the book information, is highlighted, but nothing happens.
I did find the Lending section with recent transactions, etc. but nothing can be edited.

So if you go here: https://www.librarything.com/circulation/MEMBERNAME
What do you see?
Also - if you doubleclick on any other column that opens a popup (such as one of the date ones), does it open?
Also - make sure you do not have Power Edit enabled. When enabled, the double-click does NOT work in any column - it just highlights the line (this is the lightning icon on the top of your catalog.

>5 AnnieMod: Sorry, I am just now returning to this, holidays and work. crazy.
Anywho...It was Power Edit. It was still enabled. Once I turned it off, I could double-click and get a pop-up! I would consider this issue resolved. I'm still figuring things out. I greatly appreciate everyone's assistance. :)
