Problems with tag encoding in urls

Please use this bug topic for bugs relating to the encoding of tag text in urls (e.g., spaces encoded as +) that cause the tag page to load incorrectly.

There are a number of places things like this have been reported, and it would be easier to have them all in one place.

Example: https://www.librarything.com/tag/wanted%20to%20like%20this%20more , it shows knerd.knitter with 48 uses, if you click on the 48 it takes you to an empty catalog page with

Tag: wanted+to+like+this+more&alias=1 x

No books found.

This has happened with every tag-with-space I've tried.
