Manual book entry issues

*The Manual Book Entry page SIZE is gigantic compared to the other LT pages. Not a problem, exactly, but personally annoying since I tab through windows while I'm multitasking
*There is no way to enter multiple authors on initial entry, only on Edit Your Book
*The "Title Sort Character" is confusing. How do we choose to skip a/an/ the?

Yes, there is. The field is just below the field for entering your review. (Admittedly, not the most logical place.)

Yes, you can. The multi-field for that is just under the "Your Review" field.

The Title Sort character seems to be indeed broken. Technically, when you select "Manual", it is supposed to show you all the letters of the title so you just pick the one you want to start from (this is the App screen -- that is why I know what to expect) :)
