Found: Possibly YA? Fantasy Book, Forgot Title

A girl gets cursed by her neighbor to turn into a rabbit whenever she hears a dog bark. She finds a class about breaking curses, and meets a sphinx who was cursed to forget his riddle, a girl who's family has a curse, a river spirit who gets cursed, and a toad. she helps them all break their curses, (except the main character's and the toad's) and at the end, they fight a giant raven-man. Then, instead of breaking her own curse, the main character breaks the curse of the toad.
