Found: Fantasy Fiction Find

Hey guys so I recently remembered this book I read but I forgot the title. It's about a girl that doesn't really have any friends but soon meets a girl. They become friends and the girl leads her to a secret room (in the school basement I think?) where they enter and find a big room with old couches and a small stage. There are poems and letters glued all over the walls. She learns that there is a small group of friends that come in here in their free time and share their thoughts on paper. She soon gets together with a dude that sings and plays guitar. When she is familiar with her new group of friends, she doesn't seem to find her girl best friend. She asks them if they had seen her anywhere and they stare at her in shock and say that the same girl died several years back. Now she is horrified thinking that a ghost girl haunted her and is the one that brought her down there. This book also has a notebook background on the cover. Thanks!
