Found: Juvenile fiction book where characters see their future selves

I’m looking for a juvenile fiction book that I read around 2020-2023. It was about a youngish girl who moved to a new town and had a new little sibling. She met a guy and became friends with him and they saw glimpses of their future selves. It wasn’t like they interacted with their future but saw parts of it, like she saw them walking up a hill and at a graduation party. They didn’t know it was their future selves for a while and I’m pretty sure they nicknamed one of the future people Sunny.
