Plus I ordered & paid for an on sale British TV show DVD. To avoid a shipping fee, I ordered & paid for 2 books, both from Dean Street Press:

Grabbed an ARC today: Not Quite Dead Yet by Holly Jackson (pub 7/25; YA mystery).

I *tried* not to buy this one (I'm 5th in line at the library), but I keep hearing about it everywhere & it is in my sphere of interest: Spitfires: The American Women Who Flew in the Face of Danger During World War II by Becky Aikman.

And another ARC, this one to be published 9/25: Murder at the Black Cat Cafe by Seishi Yokomizo. I've had my eye on reading Honjin Murders for some while, so this only makes me a little guilty for grabbing yet another ARC.

Another ARC: Amity by Nathan Harris (pub 9/25; historical fiction).

Made my quarterly purchase of the following: Italian Naval Camouflage of World War II, Last British Battleship: HMS Vanguard, British Coastal Forces: Two World Wars and After, Nakajima Ki-49 ‘Helen’ Units, and Armies of the War of the Pacific 1879-83: Chile, Peru & Bolivia.

The cover caught my eye, so I added it to my collection of books on gender and family: Fatherhood: A History of Love and Power by Augustine Sedgewick.

I bought ISOLA by A Goodman, kindle ed. for 2.99.
I was 160 on the library Libby list and it was going to be about 10 weeks to get it.
I want to read it for the LT ‘in the wild’ challenge this month!
