Cover COULD be yellow, MIGHT have some people on it (three?)
Published before/during 2018 (likely 2000s-2010s)

Storyline follows a girl who recently moved to (USA?) (orange___?) (maybe florida?) warm country of some sort. Definitely a rich warm place.
POV’s MAY alternate between FL and ML (by chapter), however I cannot remember if this is true nor anything about ML.
She’s moved here with her (single father?) Mother has passed away(?)
She’s left all her friends back wherever she moved from.
Storyline is similar to mean girls without the main character becoming “mean.” (If remembered correctly.)
Main character (FL) and her father live in a townhouse(?) whereas the rest of the people where she lives are all extremely rich and have large mansions.
FL goes to school as a loner of sorts. Ends up liking the very popular guy.
(Party chapter)
Spin the bottle, FL kisses a girl with tongue and FL thinks “her tongue was just lying there like a dead fish.”
There’s a scene where the FL is drugged (roofies?) in her Coca Cola (after she tells someone who offers her a drink that she doesn’t drink (beer?) guy/spiteful girl(?) who gave her drink also spiked it?) a girl who (dislikes her?) pushes her into the pool and the FL hits her head on the bottom of the pool and nearly drowns. The ML (whom I cannot remember is her boyfriend or not at this point) saves her, they emerge from the pool and she vomits all over him. (End of chapter?)
Cuts to her waking up in the hospital and (ML is sitting there?) along with her father she has a barf bucket which she vomits into. Father wipes her head with a cold cloth. (She asks for ML and father says he was there recently, but since she vomited all over him he had to go change?)

They are at the ML’s house after a bike ride. One of them leans up into the other persons neck and “tastes them” (likely ML to FL), “I like the way (you taste when you’re sweaty, it’s salty?)
They proceed to go to ML’s bedroom and the FL comments on the cleanliness of the room and clean smelling scent (like his cologne?)
They lie down on ML’s bed and get handsy, touching each other. ML puts his hand on FL’s (jean shorts?) zipper, she says no, but then places it back later to allow him. He does the same with her hand and she puts it down his pants. She holds his penis in her hands/feels through boxers, and (thinks?) “it (felt/feels) like holding a tube of toothpaste.”
There’s a scene at the end of the book where FL/ML’s parents have a party and FL’s friends from wherever she moved from are all there and they’re commenting on how good looking her boyfriend is (?)
This book is very much like a fever dream to me, I remember some parts very distinctly but the rest of the book is completely blocked out. I’ve looked at covers and searched for this book but nothing really clicks. Sorry for the vagueness/strange specifics, please let me know if you’re familiar!
