The Bible Designed to be Read as Literature 1997
The Folio Society has published many different editions of the Bible.
The editions are:-
1957
The Bible Designed to be Read as Literature Volume I. Bound in dark green buckram with a design in gold. White dust-jacket printed in dark green.
1958
The Bible Designed to be Read as Literature Volume II. Bound in dark green buckram with a design in gold. White dust-jacket printed in dark green.
1970
The Bible Designed to Read as Literature (2v.). 2nd. edition, reset. Bound in dark green buckram with gilt design on spine and cover. Dark red and green two-volume slipcase.
1970
The Bible Designed to be Read as Literature (2v.). LIMITED EDITION. Bound in dark green morocco leather. Number of copies unknown but probably small. Otherwise same as above.

The Holkham Bible (2v.). LIMITED EDITION. An exact facsimile of an illustrated collection of Bible stories that was produced in England about 1350 as a guide for those who were illiterate. 1750 copies. See review here.

The Gnostic Gospels. The Sacred Writings of the Nag Hammadi Library, the Berlin Gnostic Codex and Codex Tchacos. Quarter-bound in brown leather with cloth sides, printed with an angel from a 4th-century Egyptian painting.

Children’s Bible Stories, The Old Testament and the New Testament. Bound in tan cloth with gold lettering on the spine, blue, white, and brown illustrations on the front cover and spine.

The Authentic Gospel of Jesus by Geza Vermes. 3/4 bound in dark red buckram with Modigliani paper sides, printed and blocked with Christ Pantocrator,

The Bible with the Apocrypha, King James Version. Reprint of 2008 edition but in slightly larger size and without red ink for chapter and page numbers, running titles and chapter headings. Quarter-bound in red buckram with gilt blocked red cloth sides.

The Bible (2v). LIMITED EDITION. Bound in dark blue goatskin with calligraphy blocked in gold. Two ribbon markers. 940 copies.

Four Gospels. Illustrated by Eric Gill. Standard edition of 2007 limited edition. Bound in red gilt blocked cloth.
In addition, the FS has published separate books from the Bible (eg: Genesis, Book of Psalms) as stand-alone editions and the Apocrypha as a separate volume.
This 1997 third edition of The Bible Designed to be Read as Literature is edited and arranged by Ernest Sutherland Bates. There are 17 colour and monochrome old master pictures in each volume. At the back of volume two is a list of dates when each book of the Bible was written and a chapter key to the Bible.
The books are bound in mid-blue buckram with a gilt picture on the front cover and a dark red title label on the spines. The endleaves are plain dark red and the pale blue slipcase has dark blue caps and gilt titling on the front. The two volumes have respectively 522 and 562 pages and the slipcase measures 26.9x19.6cm

There was also in 2012 The Jubilee Bible, similar to the 2011 Limited Edition but bound but with a special binding based on the one used at Elizabeth II’s coronation in 1953, limited to 60 copies.

>3 mboyne: Wow. I had not heard of this edition before your post. Very impressive looking. £5,000 at the time, I can only imagine what it is now when it does pop up on the secondary market. Although with only 60 made it must be very rare that it does pop up.
