I'm trying to remember the name of an eortic/romantic novel about a woman - I do believe she was called 'jax' as a nickname - working as a hunter looking for one specific. Her mother was bitten during pregnancy so I think she is kind of a 'half-breed'.
During an attack she meets a man (who is a vampire but she discovers it later) that was tracking the same vampire. Then they meet in a hotel and the have the first 'naughties' but she is still oblivious to the fact that her lover is a vampire. This goes on for a while; there is a scene in a bar where she tries to kill her objective; another her ahe is kidnapped by the same one but the vampire rescues her.
When she discovers the truth doesn't want anything but he ties her on a bed; then they end up in a manssion with other vampires and it seems that she has somekind of power.
to become a vampire you have to be bitten three times. This book is part of a saga (and I do believe another one is about an antique shop and a woman picking somithing related to the main vampire) and is not the one from J R Ward. I've tried many searches with no avail so I will be thankful for any help I can get.
It wasn't too long, it was already written in the 2000's and the first time I read it was in spanish.

>2 juels: thank you but that's not the one :( I really apreciatte the try. I believe the saga were 3 books, and the vampire who takes interests in her hunts vampires not as a jub but when they do something out of the 'law' more or less.
