Found: Fairy Tale Retelling Series

Hi! I’m looking for a series of fairy tale retellings, between 5 to 10 books. I know for sure there was a Cinderella retelling and a Sleeping beauty one, and there was Robin Hood and Allan A Dale in some of them, but I don’t think any were Robin Hood retellings. There were fae and fae courts, and the Cinderella retelling was set in the Winter fae court with Cinderella being a dryad. I know Robin Hood was the main love interest in the Sleeping Beauty retelling, and the princess who was Sleeping Beauty had her body asleep, but she was kinda like a ghost? Like her body was stuck in a castle but she could follow Robin around as a spirit almost? I think in the earlier books in the series there was some sort of princess contest to find the princess that would marry a prince, which may have been an Aladdin retelling. There was also another book in the series, I can’t remember what retelling it was, but Allen A Dale was the main love interest, and the main girl had a name that sounded like Scheherazade, and she had magic and a dog. They had to go on a quest to find a garden of magic apples to defeat the girl’s evil stepmother. The books were loosely connected with characters appearing across different books, but you could technically read them out of order. I’m pretty sure the the author also wrote a Hades and Persephone retelling that was kinda a spin off of this series set in the same world, about the world’s death god who was called the Horned God. I haven't read them, so I don't know if the other details match.
