Add author & title to add a cover modal (accessibility request)

On mobile the add a cover modal covers almost the entire screen obscuring the entire screen. The pop-up is enough of a context switch that I immediately forget what the book was (I have a cognitive impairment that affects my short term memory).

It would useful if the modal said something like Add a cover for An Author, Title rather than just Add a cover so I could visually confirm I had chosen the correct cover.

(This came about when I had three covers to upload and it required a lot of clicking out and back and forth to check this).
