Hello, i have been unable to view my catalog on my IOS app due to an error message as follows “There was an error connecting to the server. Check your network or proxy settings and retry” my wifi is working and I get the same message using cellular data. I have force closed the app and have deleted it and reinstalled twice with no impact to the problem. Is there a fix for this?

Same issue here. Cleaning up the book and author titles and removing any non-English characters, diacritics or special characters, as suggested in the other thread, did not help resolve the issue. Removing all the newly addes books before the error started occurring did not help either.

Idem for me. i can’t see my collections : same error message. I tried to delete the app and reinstall it with no success.
