One way NOT to use the site is to open new accounts after the first one has been flagged.

The ones that get flagged into oblivion are gone anyway. Which is what >3 Bookmarque: was saying - I know you are trying to be helpful but you knew this account will be toast and still chose to keep the thread around by posting in it. If that was intentional, please see >3 Bookmarque:; if you did not know that this is what happens in LT, please see >3 Bookmarque: again and please reconsider posting in such cases. :)

Multiple flags on the profile get rid of the member and their other posts. (Being the fourth flag on a spam message is so satisfying, but it only works because of the first three.)

You seen very informed about his doings. Did he read the Terms of Service? Have you read them? https://www.librarything.com/privacy That might give some insight as to why he was removed.

You are still not discussing the book you claim to like so much.
