Issues with photo uploading

Hello! I started using LibraryThing yesterday, and I uploaded around 130 covers. Today, it’s not letting me upload covers and it’s saying “Upload Failed”, even though I’m on the same device (I tried my iPad, still didn’t work.) any tips?

The image servers have been somewhat overloaded lately. It comes and goes.
