I can’t remember the name of the book, but the boy lives in I believe a youth facility and has 3 voices (ghosts) in his head. One I believe he named Eve and she travels through time, one he named I think Caleb and I don’t remember the third. I think Caleb raises the dead. One of the ghosts was a witch. I think there are Weres too. He finds out who his ghosts used to be with the help of a girl he meets after accidentally raising a graveyard.
