Timestamps in export filenames

Could the timestamps in the export filenames (a recent addition?) be based on the time the export was generated? Right now, they are dynamically generated and set to the time of downloading, which can be wildly different from when they were generated.

I don't think that's as simple to do as it might seem. I don't think we have access to the time that the file was generated at that point. The stamp was added for people who do multiple exports to have a unique name with an approximate stamp for when the export happened without having to rename them after downloading.
