Help: Import Not Importing my Tags, MDS, or LC

I've tried using both the sample upload CSV from the site and using the TSV I get when I download my books from LT. But either way, I can't get the importer to recognize my tags or the Dewey/MDS or LC Classification I've found. (It's worked before but perhaps I forgot a trick.) Help? Is there a known bug here?
