Is there a way to access time (HH:MM) in "Entry Date" field?

I find myself entering a great many books which are temporarily in boxes, and then coming back 1–30 hours later to assign key Tag & Collection metadata. In spite of my efforts to document my work during the process, I keep making certain errors that would be MUCH easier to resolve if I could access time information from the Entry Date field. Is that possible? Accessing it with my eyeballs would be completely sufficient.

I think that would be a recommended site improvement. I'm pretty sure it's technically possible as we have the timestamp for the entry date, just a matter of adding code to render that. (It should be a simple change since we already sort Entry date by timestamp, I'm just not sure what the developers will want to do.)
