Unable to login to app

When I enter my Member Name and Password, I get an error message stating: “The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format. The data I not in the correct format. (null)” Has anyone else had this issue? If so, how did you fix it?

Device: iPhone 16 Pro Max
iOS Version: 26.2.1

I created a new account today and also receive the same error on iOS. My iOS version is 18.7.1.

Adding books to my empty library on the web may have helped resolve this.
