Cover Source Report

Can we get a report (or some other way to view) of the sources of all covers? I'm trying to change all my books that current use Amazon as a cover source to use member-uploaded covers. It would be much easier if I could see which books use Amazon without having to click on every book, and to quickly see which ones I have left to convert.
