Hi,
When trying to access the catalog under https://www.librarycat.org/lib/footnotesdxb/ I'm getting the following error:
Access Denied
Your request has been blocked. If you believe this is an error, please try again later.
I'm assuming this means my patrons will also not be able to access the catalog? Is there anything i can do to fix it?

This is likely the issue:

The site is currently fighting off a bot attack, and access to personal tinycats has been temporarily shut off.
Not much you can do about it, other than wait for the attack to abate.
Edit: this message in the thread linked above explains how to set a password that your patrons can use to access the site.

>1 footnotesdxb: Please try to access again now - we cleared some blocks that had accumulated during the latest bot wave so you should be able to access again. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Patron (who is actually our retired founding librarian) alerted me this evening that she was getting the "Access Denied. Your request has been blocked. If you believe this is an error, please try again later." message.
I checked and got it too.
Now -- after I let her know what I found on this thread -- TinyCat is working for me, at least. (Haven't heard from the patron.) (And wish I'd seen the connection working first, so I could have claimed to have fixed it for her. Ha!)
