Book connected to correct and incorrect series?

Not sure if this is a bug or a combiner issuer (not sure what's going on or where to post this), but when I click on The Apothecary Diaries, Vol 6 from The Apothecary Diaries, the correct book displays. But after I add that book to my collection and then access it from my collection, the book displays as being A Man and His Cat, Vol. 4 from A Man and His Cat.

Any help or guidance appreciated.

Closed. Not a bug. Combination issue. I hope I have fixed it.
