Hello! I hope everyone had a good week! I hope it's okay that I'm starting the thread.

I was listening to The Great Divide by Christina Henriques, but my cat objected long and loudly, so I've needed to put it aside. She's never had a visceral reaction to a narrator before. So, I've switched to Andrew Lownie's Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York, which is the first time I've read a book on the British Royal Family written by someone so obviously Republican/anti-monarchy.

I just finished reading Death Deserved by Jorn Lier Horst and Thomas Enger. It was very good, the starting book for the Blix and Ramm books, and I have the second book arriving tomorrow. Norwegian crime is really my favourite way to get lost in a book.

Looking to finish The Gate of the Feral Gods by tomorrow, then I'm starting New Moon - yes for the first time ever. I only read Twilight for the first time a few years ago (I'm in my 40s).

I'm still reading The Talisman by Stephen King and Peter Straub. It's a long one but I'm hoping to finish before the end of the month.
