It's not quite as bad on Safari, but there is overlap there as well:

Assigning to @conceptdawg. I don't see it.

>2 timspalding: There is the impression that the lt2_content is encroaching on the lt_mainsidebar, however this is possibly because the lt_mainsidebar is missing a bit of padding, and the highlighting of the active pane (Author Page, Work Explorer) is missing the rounding on the right.
FF 151.0.1 MacOS 15.7.7 iMac M4
ETA: I'm not seeing the overlap into the author photo.

The overlap into the author image is gone today, but everything under the top bar (#of works and members) is still shifted slightly to the left.

Yes. Noticed this myself and fixed this before even seeing this bug report. :)

Still seeing an encroachment today using Chrome on Mac OS. What it looks like to me is the main section which includes 'About the Author' is wider than the 2 sections in the page header. It's not overlapping the lh sidebar any more, there's just no gap. Both areas resize correctly, but you still get the differing widths.
To my mind, the main section needs to take the same width as the upper section(s).
I can't remember, but was the rh pane fixed to the mid pane? When you scroll the page, the lh pane is fixed (well, you lose the image), but the rh pane isn't - you end up scrolling past the rh content.

>8 conceptDawg: Kevin Crossley-Holland was the one I noticed, checking others I see it there as well.

Just so we're on the same page: here is what I'm seeing. Are you seeing something different?
If it is the same as what you are seeing, I'm assuming you are talking about the fact that the section headings touch the edges of the main area. That has always been that way and is on purpose. Some authors (and works) might have smaller top sections that cause the first page section to hit next to the main image, which is a bummer—and something that I've been concerned with for quite some time, but unavoidable with the current design.

>10 conceptDawg: Yes, exactly that. So not a bug, just unavoidable?

>11 Maddz: Well, just working "as designed." The top section items match the padding of the CONTENT in the main column. They align.
The top section just doesn't have a section separator.
