Problem Adding Work to Series

I'm experiencing a problem adding a work to a series page, from the series page using the "Add to/Organize Series" / "Add a Work". When I select a work (either from the Workbench or a Search result), it doesn't add the work to the series, it just acts as a link to that work page and takes me there. This is happening consistently for the last half day or so.

This is happening on Windows/Firefox.

I am still able to add to a series from the work page (search for the series name, choose it to add the work to).
