I believe this changed quite some time ago.... and I've not checked since.
Is there a sensible way (now) to find if any of my reviews have been flagged?
It used to be that you could sort your review by thumbs, and if you clicked on it again it would reverse sort it - with flags appearing at the new top. However this latter behaviour is no longer present. You can't even jump to the end of the review list, because it only displays 3 pages, and add the rest one page of 30 reviews at a time. At over 2000 reviews that's a lot pages!

I've noticed the change, too. If you find an account with non-reviews in the review field,it used to be easy to look for those that had not yet been flagged, and now it is just too much wotk. Whether or not fiving a first flag is really useful, giving a third or fourth isn't.
