Minor Edit Book page tweak - Title sort should be closer to Title than Author

This is a really minor nit... There's a gap between Title and Title Sort, but no gap between Title Sort and Author. It should be the other way around, with no gap between Title and Title Sort, and a gap between Title Sort and Author. Every time I go to that page, my brain tries to link Title Sort with Author and I think it's somehow related to author sorting.

The larger gap is almost certainly because of the "more space" option after the title field.

Good point. I'm using Verdana Standard

When in edit book, there's also the setting Compact/Standard/Roomy which affects spacing a little.

But regardless of what setting you are using, Title sort belongs with the title, and not with the author. There should not be more space between Title and Title Sort that between Title Sort and author. This may be more obvious with certain settings, but it shouldn't be there at all.

There isn't anything in the code that treats Title Sort differently from the other fields, that I can tell. The styles with less whitespace exaggerate the effect. But the title field has "(more space)" within the same div but on the right which gives a perception of a gap.
Eta: it's probably more obvious to me that the "(read more)" is taking up space because my default is to use the narrowest layout, which also puts the field labels on top instead of to the left.
Even when I switch to a desktop width, I know that it's there. It also really is a lot more noticeable with the compact edit books style.

I'll get to this soon. Minor layout idiosyncrasy due to the (more space) item taking up space.
