Suggested tags are mojibaked if they contain non-ASCII characters

When quick-adding an item to my library, the suggested tags end up being mojibaked (displayed with wrong encoding) if they contain I think non-ASCII characters. In the screenshot I've attached, the mojibaked characters are supposed to be em-dashes (—)

Not sure if this happens with other characters, I'll have to check in a bit

Using Waterfox 6.6.14 on Arch Linux

Yup, happens with CJK characters too: the mojibaked tag in the image below is supposed to read 編み物
