Certain pages in my recommendations switch from my selected display format (in this case Covers, but I've tried toggling it Summaries and List and it stays like this) like this the first picture to a what it looks like in the second picture, about halfway down the page. When the format switches to this weird single column of covers and descriptions, it also stops the Add and Dismiss buttons from appearing on the covers on mouse-over.
If I sort by genre and tell it to display all time recommendations in that genre, this problem occurs on different pages in different genres as well. For instance, in Fantasy, it appears to be happen only on page 2 of recommendations. But in Horror it happens on pages 1 & 2, and in Science Fiction it happens only on pages 3 & 4.
