When I tried cataloging books today, I got an empty modal pop-up for actions like setting the "from where" field or editing tags from the book overview page.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Visit the overview page for a book in your library
2. Click the pencil button next to "Tags"
Expected behavior: Edit tags lightbox appears
Actual behavior: Empty lightbox appears; the only UI element is the "X" button to dismiss
Browser: Firefox for Mac 152.0.4
