iOS and iPad apps glitching today July 12

iPhone app was fine earlier today but now crashes when asked to edit the collection to which scanned books are to be added, and when scanning books claims format is unreadable. Also on ipad my partner is reporting continuous crashing in the app. Browser versions working fine.
