Unable to sign in on iOS app

For several days I have been unable to sign in to the app. I keep getting the message, “The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format. The data is not in the correct format. (null)” I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times to no avail.
I’m on iPhone 14, iOS 26.5.2.
