Export Books Hanging

Hi, I clicked "export books" and then locked my computer before it was able to export them. Now I've come back from lunch, and it seems to be stuck in the queue. I signed out and in again, but it still says:

"You have 1 export waiting or in progress. Please wait for these to complete before starting a new export. 1 waiting in queue."

Does anyone have a tip on how to clear the queue? Any help much appreciated, thank you.

I also started an export (about 12:30 pm MDT) using TAB; it hung up on "0 books processed" for fifteen minutes or so.
I went to a new page, came back to the export page and the process had stopped, I think.
I started another export with Excel, thinking maybe the TAB was the problem, and it also hung on 0 books until I went over here to check if it was a known bug of the day.

Is there any way to STOP an export procedure once it has been started?

We're looking into this.
