Attempt to combine two specifics tags results in one tag being blank in resultant combo request

Trying to merge this tag with 'comics-graphic-novels' redirects me to a page at this URL:
https://www.librarything.com/combinetags_propose.php?fromtagtext=1-comics-graphi...
Which just contains the text "10698762 / Comics & Graphic Novels / comics-graphic-novels" repeated twice over. When I go back to the page for that first tag, the combine request has gone through, but with the tag to be combined being left empty.
