As noted here (in the French translation group), Amazon.fr is not (or no longer?) available as a source for importing lists of ISBNs. Here are the relevant pages:

1) This is so old that it is not in the bug system, so it is unlikely to get attention. You would do better to create a new report if there is a problem.
2) Amazon limits the ability to connect, and this may be affecting .fr as well as many others. Some have been totally lost, and others keep having to be reapplied for. Part of this is low level of purchases through the LT connections.
