Book Club - Where are you at with Storm Front?

Ok as we are heading into week three of October (it is a rare five week month), I thought it might be time to check on how we are all traveling with reading Storm Front as previously agreed.

I myself have a slight confession in that after much searching (and unpacking of boxes) I can not locate my copy and have to go to the library to request it. My local library is renovating and the next nearest to me does not have it so I will now have to get it on inter library loan *le sigh*

Hope everyone else is having more success!

I completely blanked on it having turned October already (though I work at a job where I use the date frequently every day). It seems like, oh, I don't know, May?

Needless to say, I haven't started Storm Front yet. Actually, I don't even have a copy of it yet (having loaned mine to my darling daughter early this year and not having gotten it back ~ what else is new?), so like you I'll be checking it out of the library in the next few days (I hope).

I've had to request a copy from the library too (just picked it up), but I did read the first two chapters at Jim Butcher's website.

Okay I must confess to having completely failed at this stage to aquire Storm Front. My library has it but I think it will be awhile as it is out. Good news amazon just emailed me to say my copy is on its way.

*shuffles feet* Im sorry everyone for not coordinating this better. Did anyone want me to just start the thread and people can add comments as they read?
