Well, I've finally settled on my categories.
Like most of you seem to be doing, I'll list the books as I read them.
Here's the full list posted at my blog.

Are your books owned for over 10 years unread or rereads?

I'm doing a mental health category too. I have some of my own I'm working on and some I want from the library.

Unread!!
I've got some that have been in my stacks so long they've gone out of print, the author has passed away, the store where I purchased them has long gone out of business, and/or several new editions have been published.

I either need to read these books or move them out the door! Luckily there are two fabulous used bookstores here in Tokyo that trade English books. So I won't commit the unforgivable sin of (gasp!) throwing them away.

This category is a stretch for me. Mental health, I read about fairly regularly, but physical health almost never. I tend to live in my head and not pay much attention to my body...but since I hit the big 4-0 I've had several very clear signals that I need to take better care of myself.

I have a category for books read with my daughter. :) Of course, she's only four months old, so it should be a very easy category for me to fill.

I like your third category! I have two books that fit that description; one was bought because I loved the cover illustration and the other looked so worthy. I'm fitting them into my challenge. But I understand the phenomena. You're sure to find one or two that you find amazingly good, despite languishing on your shelves for years.

If you haven't already read them all, Natsuo Kirino's books would fit in your fourth category.

Well only 20 so far for the year but anyway I've added them to the list. I'll add links to my reviews on my blog later.

Oh geez, I haven't done well with this at all.
OK...resisting the urge to whine and self-flagellate, I move on to the 10 for 10 Challenge..
Hope to see lots of you there and participate more in the coming year!
