I've added a "Dead or Alive Comparison" page, so you can see where you fit on the dead-alive scale. Enjoy!

Odd. I suppose this might be interesting to some. I doubt I'll use it.

But the reason for my posting... I'm having a little trouble with the math of this Mr. Spalding.

from my page
Dead: 37 / Alive: 120 / Unknown: 84
76.43% dead. 86% of members have a higher percent-dead.

How does 37 dead and 120 Alive work out to a dead percentage of 76.43? It seems to me that it should be 23.57% are dead.

Interesting how about a comparison with our friends, interesting libraries and private watch list?

Why doesn't the 'Dead or Alive Comparison' have a bullet next to it on the memes page or the green box to the right?

>2 Avron:
It's the live percentage that's being reported as dead.
(76.43+23.57=100, for your data)

I don't know any of the members who appear on the "Dead or Alive Comparison" page. Couldn't we also have something like that for member connections? E.g. in the space right next to it, on the right?

So, the way I read the math for mine, is that most everyone else on LT has more undead in their libraries than I do.

Are we talking dead or alive authors here? 8^)

Does it include the walking dead, like Dan Brown?

My stats don't include the "**% of members have a higher percent-dead" stat. Am I missing it somewhere?

I apparently need to read books by more dead people.

86.49% alive. 4% of members have a higher alive percent.
