Location can't be found

I added a page for the Hazelton, BC library (http://www.librarything.com/venue/40450), but the location cannot be found on the map. This is particularly a problem because you cannot search for it. However, I am using the correct address. Is there anything to be done about this?

Re #2, I went in and edited United States to Canada.

Re #1, not sure what's up with that. It seems ok if you take out the postal code, but I have no idea why.
