I have two lovely little books by a guy named John Rogers Rees: The Pleasures of a Book-Worm and The Diversions of a Book-Worm. But I can't find anything about who Rees was. I think he published one or two other books, but I don't know what he did. He was British/Welsh and lived at the end of the 19th century.
Does anyone know anything more about him?
