Those of you who have been here a while know that I am not a fan of George W. Bush, but lately I find my heart reaching out to him. I was watching one of the MSNBC propaganda shows (probably Chris Matthews) when the host interviewed Grover Norquist. The interviewer was taking Norquist to the woodshed over the economy and that it was the result of Bush and the Republican congress and asked Norquist why the Republicans had suddenly had a come to Jesus moment on fiscal responsibility after the devastation incumbent upon the eight years of Bush. Norquist started out by saying "We've finally gotten rid of that boat anchor, George W. Bush." I almost lost my dinner!
It seems to me that Grover Norquist was the very proud leader of a bunch that had a daily conference call with the White House for the purpose of synchronizing the daily message with the grass roots. Where was Norquist and his small government/fiscal responsibility during these conference calls? He was busy enabling Bush in his misguided governance, that's where he was.
Norquist is just one of these enablers of disaster who are now running away from George Bush as fast as their hypocritical little legs can carry their fat bodies. The whole thing makes me sick. All these people who enabled Bush in his irresponsible management of our government are denying their roles, not taking responsibility for their bad decisions and their resulting actions. (Is this phrase copyrighted by the GOP? Should there be some attribution here?)
I don't want to hear any of the leading lights of the GOP tell me about responsibility, fiscal or otherwise. They have given up their right to the concept. I don't want to hear it. The Republican Party is a disgrace to themselves and to the nation they presumed to guide. They need to sit down and shut the F&*K UP!
George Bush was a weak minded tool for the Republicans to shape and use as they would. Grover Norquist was one of the major shapers and users of George W. Bush and for him to call him a boat anchor is disgraceful and should result in Bush telling the GOP as a group to go to hell.

It is completely clear: those people don't know responsibility. Experts on greed they are, waiting for chances, today coming in the shape of vultures to the dead political body of George W. Bush.
I read about Lincoln (beautiful Republican man), am convinced they would sentence him for unAmerican activities and send him to Gitmo for water boarding.
