Editing events with multiple authors

I'm trying to promote local independent businesses and non-profits that regularly host author appearances in town, by keeping their upcoming events posted (and current) on LT Local. Several venues have begun hosting events that include multiple authors -- one favorite is celebrating its 20th Anniversary by hosting 20 authors over two days! LT Local lets us add multiple authors, up to a point (I think I've maxxed out at 11 or 13 a few times). BUT, if I try to edit the event (maybe I "missspeled somthng," the line-up changes, or I get more info -- such as a time & place), all but the first author listed disappear, and the "Doing" field reverts to "reads from." Am I doing something wrong, or maybe missing something, that would keep us from having to re-enter or revise information that was correct in the first place, just for the sake of an edit? Thanks for your thoughts.

This is a problem that has been pointed out before to no avail. Apparently it only affects authors entered without books, but if it does affect authors WITH books, you should post in the bug collectors group as well.
