Local Sports - What's your take?

Okay, a couple years ago, I asked just about football. (Where was my mind back then? *shakes*)

Now, I open the question to all sports - professional, minors, amateur - in questing to find local support.

Redskins, Ravens, Capitals, Orioles, Baysox, Blast, Shore Birds, Blue Crabs (DC United, Nationals could also be on the list...) ... This is a list of those I remember. Not my preferences.

Do you support a specific sport? If so which one? Does the local team factor into your fandom? (Love or hatred.)

I am a true hometown fan. My favorite sport is Football, though. I do go watch the Orioles lose, errr, I mean play, a few times a year. It's easy when Camden Yards is right outside my back door.

Love the Ravens. Follow the Caps, but I'm a "fair-weather" fan. I'm done with the Orioles until new ownership is in place.
